1. Who we are

This website, www.devoteeoftheheart.com, is owned and operated by Devotee of the Heart LLC and Celeste González ("we," "us" or "our"). "You" means anyone who visits the website or buys from us, including people acting on behalf of a business.

These terms cover our website and all of our programs, courses, memberships, communities, events and other services (our "Services"), whether delivered on our website, on our course and community platform (Ivorey and the Kollab app), on social media or in person.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use our Services or make a purchase.

3. Using our website

You may use our website for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Post or send anything that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes anyone's rights

• Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, our platforms or other users' accounts

• Interfere with how the website works, or use it for anything illegal

We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that it is always complete or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time.

4. Programs, courses and services

Our Services include OMEGA (our 12-week signature program), INNER CIRCLE (our alumnae membership), the Egypt Residency, private mentorship and other offerings. Each offer's page or application describes its dates, format, inclusions and price.

Some Services require a separate signed agreement. When one exists, it applies alongside these terms. If the two conflict, the signed agreement takes priority.

We may accept or decline any application or enrollment at our discretion. We may also change program dates, schedules or content when needed, and we will let you know in advance.

If we cancel a program you have paid for before it begins, we will refund what you paid for that program.

5. Payments and payment plans

• Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees or local taxes that apply to you.

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

• Choosing a payment plan means you agree to pay the full program price in installments. A payment plan is not a monthly subscription, and you remain responsible for every installment even if you stop participating.

• By choosing a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each scheduled date until the full amount is paid.

• If a payment fails, we will let you know and try the charge again. If it isn't resolved within 7 days, we may pause your access to the program, course and community until your account is up to date.

6. Refunds

Because our programs are personal and immersive, spaces are limited, and digital content is delivered right away, all sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable, including those on a payment plan, except where we cancel a program as described in Section 4 or where the law requires otherwise.

If a serious emergency means you can't continue a program, please contact us. Any transfer to a future round or other accommodation is at our discretion.

7. INNER CIRCLE membership

• INNER CIRCLE is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the option you choose.

• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method will be charged at the current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

• We don't offer refunds or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

• If we change membership pricing, we will notify existing members at least (30) days before the new price applies to them.

8. Access to courses and communities

• Your access is personal to you. Please don't share your login or let anyone else use your account.

• OMEGA course materials remain available to you for the length of the program plus 6 months. Community access ends when the program ends, unless we tell you otherwise.

• Our courses and communities are hosted on third-party platforms, including Ivorey and the Kollab app. We aren't responsible for outages or technical issues on those platforms, but we will do our best to help resolve problems quickly.

9. Community guidelines and confidentiality

Our communities are spaces of trust. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat other members with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, unsolicited selling and recruiting are not allowed.

• Keep what others share confidential. Don't screenshot, record, copy or share other members' posts, stories, images or identities outside the community.

• Not record live calls or sessions without our permission.

We may remove posts, or remove anyone from a community without a refund, if these guidelines are broken.

10. Intellectual property

Everything on our website and in our Services, including text, videos, audio, meditations, worksheets, images, recordings, our name, logos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission ("Intellectual Property"). It is protected by copyright and other laws.

When you buy a program or product, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal growth. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, teach, or create programs or products based on our Intellectual Property without our written permission.

Some images on our website are licensed stock photography, used under the terms of their licenses.

11. Not medical, psychological or professional advice

Our work is educational, spiritual and personal-development in nature. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal or financial advice or treatment, and it is not a substitute for it. Celeste is not a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

Please consult a qualified professional about any physical or mental-health concern, and before changing any treatment. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Our Services do not include sexual healing, private bodywork or temple events.

12. Personal responsibility and results

You take part in our Services voluntarily and are responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing and results, during and after them. Please listen to your body and your boundaries, and step back from any practice that doesn't feel right for you.

Everyone's experience is different. We don't guarantee any particular result, income or outcome. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your results.

13. Affiliate links

We may link to products or services that pay us a commission or referral fee. We will label these links clearly.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We can't guarantee that the website will always be available or free of viruses or errors, so please use up-to-date security on your own devices.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or Services, including loss of data, loss of use or claims from third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought against us because you broke these terms or misused our website or Services.

16. Governing law

Devotee of the Heart LLC is based in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Wyoming.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using our website or Services after an update, you agree to the updated terms. Changes don't affect purchases already made, unless the law requires it.

• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

• Headings are for convenience only.

• These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed program agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us about our website and Services.
